"Decent experience, but definitely not perfect"
Ordering was easy, really easy, and the sofa looks nice in my living room. The only downside was the shipping took longer than I thought it would. Customer service did get back to me, so that was good, but they were slow, slow enough that it got a little frustrating.

"I ordered a sectional and really liked..."
I ordered a sectional and really liked how many custom options they had. I could pick the fabric, size, layout, and even how firm the cushions felt, which was a nice change from places that sort of act like one basic couch should work for everyone. It took me a little while to decide, but I’d rather have too many choices than be stuck settling. In the end, it came out pretty much exactly how I had pictured it.

I’ve been really happy with this sofa so far. It feels solid, the quality seems good, and it’s super comfortable to sit on. If it holds up like this, I’d definitely buy from them again.

"I liked that the sale price was right..."
I liked that the sale price was right there and easy to understand. I mean, I, what I’m trying to say is, the discount actually matched what I saw at checkout. No weird surprise fees or fake crossed-out prices. It made buying my sectional feel way less stressful.

I’ll admit I was a little hesitant because I usually stick with my go-to furniture brand, but this couch has really won me over. It’s super comfy, and we end up using it every single night to relax. i haven’t found anything to complain about so far

My sofa arrived with a small tear on one side, which was definitely disappointing at first. I sent sofasandsectionals.com a quick email with a couple of photos and, to be honest, I was expecting the usual back-and-forth hassle.
They replied quickly and took care of it without making things stressful. For anyone ordering furniture online, I’d say take photos right away if something looks off and reach out calmly, because in my case they handled it really well. Delivery issues can happen, but their customer service made a big difference, and I’d still give them 5 stars

"Refund showed up faster than I thought it would"
I ended up having to cancel my sofa order because I measured the room wrong, which was totally on me. I figured the refund might turn into one of those annoying situations where you have to keep checking in.
Thankfully, it was straightforward. They processed the cancellation quickly, and the money was back on my card within a few days. I didn’t have to send extra emails or chase anyone down.

"Shipping felt fair and straightforward"
I was a little nervous that the shipping cost was going to jump up once I got to checkout, because I know a lot of us have had that happen on furniture sites.
With Sofas and Sectionals, though, it stayed reasonable and was easy to follow. For a large sofa, the delivery fee felt fair, not like they were trying to tack on some surprise charge at the last second.
That made the whole order feel a lot easier to go through with. I think most customers just want to know what they’re really paying upfront, and that was my experience here.

"Good value after comparing a bunch of options"
I spent a while looking around for a new sectional, and after checking a handful of stores, I started noticing the same pattern: similar styles, but higher prices almost everywhere else. Sofas and Sectionals ended up being one of the better deals I found. Shipping did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, but for the price, I was okay with it. The sofa looks nice in the room and feels sturdy so far. Overall, I feel like I got a fair deal and didn’t overpay, which was really the main thing I was hoping for.

"Sectional fit was a little tighter than I expected"
I ordered the sectional with the left chaise setup, and while I do like it, it ended up fitting a bit tighter in my space than I thought it would. The measurements on the site definitely helped, but once it was actually in the room, I still had to move a few things around to make it work. It was a little frustrating at first, but now that it’s settled in, I’m relieved and happy to have it in place

I found the exact sofa I wanted and, miracle of miracles, it was actually in stock. After checking a bunch of other sites and getting nowhere, this felt almost too good to be true. made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected.

I ended up having to return a sectional because the color looked totally different in my living room than I thought it would. I was dreading it a bit, since returning furniture usually sounds like a whole ordeal, but it wasn’t nearly as stressful as I expected.

"Color looked different in person"
The sofa showed up in good condition and it is comfortable but the color was not quite what I thought it would be. In the pictures it looked like a warmer beige but in my room it is more of a gray tan. It is not a huge problem but it did mess with the look of the room a little. Delivery was fine. I am giving it 3 stars mostly because of the color being off.

"Arrived Way Sooner Than I Expected"
I ordered a sectional and was prepared to wait a while, especially since I’d seen people mention delivery times can vary. But mine showed up much faster than I expected. The delivery guys were right on time, everything went smoothly, and it was a easy process overall. I can see why other people have had good things to say — I’m really happy with how quickly it arrived.

"Fabric is actually nicer than I expected"
I got a sofa from sofasandsectionals.com the fabric surprised me in a good way. I was half expecting it to look nice online and then feel kind of cheap in person, because that’s usually the trick with photos, but it’s actually soft and solid. The color was close to what was shown too, which I appreciated since I always wonder if they edit those pictures to make everything look better. We’ve been using it daily and so far it still looks good, with no rough patches, loose threads, or anything weird. Overall, I’m happy with it
